Home Construction
- Kit: $25.00 per sq. ft
- "Dried In": $50 per sq. ft
- Builder to furnish and install 2x10 floor joist.
- Builder to furnish and install 3/4 inch Advantec on first floor.
- Builder to furnish and install 4x8 pine beams - 2nd floor.
- Builder to furnish and install tongue and groove 2x6 on 2nd floor.
- Builder to furnish and install 2x8 rafter and ceiling joist.
- Builder to furnish and install stairs and downstairs partitions. Builder to furnish and install upstairs partitions 2x4s.
- Builder to furnish and install 1/2inch aspinite on exterior of rafters and end wall upstairs.
- Builder to furnish and install electrical receptacles, switch boxes, and wiring in log portion of house only.
- Builder to furnish and install Thermopane windows & exterior door.
